About the Role
As Sales Operations Manager, you'll be at the center of our sales organization, driving the systems, processes, and insights that help our teams perform at their best.
You'll lead two offshore teams supporting sales reporting and customer setup while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, and our US parent company. You'll combine data, technology, and process improvement to enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop two offshore teams responsible for sales reporting and customer setup, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Own sales reporting, dashboards, and analytics, providing insights that support forecasting, pipeline management, sales performance, and strategic decision-making.
- Champion CRM data integrity and governance within Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accurate, reliable data across the sales organization.
- Continuously improve sales processes, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency, scalability, and the overall customer experience.
- Oversee customer onboarding and setup activities, supporting escalations and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, and our US parent company on territory planning, commission processes, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
- Support and optimize the sales technology ecosystem, including CRM, reporting tools, and related systems.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role, preferably within a distribution, e-commerce, or B2B environment.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Analytics, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including reporting, data management, and process optimization.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable business insights.
- Proven ability to lead and develop remote or offshore teams while driving accountability, engagement, and performance.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, and customer-facing teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset and a proven ability to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
Bonus points for
- Experience with ERP systems and customer onboarding or configuration workflows.
- Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, or commission administration.
