About the Role
We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative – Technology Solutions to profitably grow technology sales and value-added services across an assigned book of accounts.
You’ll build multi‑level relationships with IT Managers to CIOs, understand each customer’s IT environment and business challenges, and design solutions that drive revenue, margin, and long‑term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Sell Solutions, Not Boxes – Position hardware bundled with value-added services (configuration, deployment, lifecycle management, and collaboration solutions).
- Grow cloud & recurring revenue – Uncover and develop cloud and managed-services opportunities that build sticky, recurring revenue, bringing in technical specialists to scope and close.
- Grow the Business – Achieve revenue and gross profit targets for technology and services, driving both net-new business and renewals/expansion within your assigned accounts.
- Own the Account Plan – Develop and execute account strategies, using CRM and working with vendors and our extended partners.
- Drive Pipeline – Generate new opportunities through proactive outreach, campaigns, proactive quoting, and vendor/distributor programs.
- Collaborate & Report – Partner with internal sales teams and vendors; provide accurate forecasts, account reviews, and insights on wins, gaps, and next steps.
What You Bring
- B2B technology sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills and comfort engaging IT and business decision‑makers.
- Skilled with CRM and prospecting tools to manage pipeline and source new opportunities.
- Ability to analyze account performance and build clear, action‑oriented plans.
- Understanding of cloud, managed services, and other value‑added IT services
