What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect & Win New Business
    Drive proactive outbound outreach to identify, qualify, and secure new wholesale / dealer accounts. Convert marketing and inbound leads into long‑term, high‑value partners.
  • Manage & Grow Existing Accounts
    Own a portfolio of wholesale partners, maintaining a regular cadence of conversations with owners and buyers to protect revenue, grow volume, and expand.
  • Understand the Dealer Business
    Engage confidently in the direct, results‑oriented dealer environment. Build trust through honest, straightforward conversations while solving real business and supply chain challenges.
  • Build Relationships That Drive Volume
    Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s product mix, purchasing patterns, and operational needs to recommend solutions that increase sales and profitability.
  • Leverage CRM & Data to Prioritize
    Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, keep customer data accurate, track activities, and use insights to focus on the most impactful opportunities.
  • Collaborate & Sell Internally
    Partner with internal teams (sales leadership, pricing, supply chain, merchandising, marketing) to advocate for dealer needs and deliver tailored solutions for the wholesale channel.
  • Demonstrate Resilience & Persistence
    Stay tenacious in the face of objections and competitive pressure, consistently following up, re‑engaging contacts, and pushing opportunities toward close.

 

Who You Are:

  • Bilingual communicator – Fluent in English and French, comfortable conducting sales conversations, negotiations, and follow‑ups in both languages.
  • Resilient and persistent – You don’t give up easily; you see pushback as the start of a conversation, not the end.
  • Natural prospector & relationship builder – You enjoy cold calling and opening new doors, just as much as nurturing ongoing relationships with existing accounts.
  • Direct, honest, and respectful – You’re comfortable with straightforward dealer conversations, and you build trust through honesty, reliability, and follow‑through.
  • Data‑driven and analytical – You use numbers, trends, and CRM insights to decide where to focus and how to grow your book of business.
  • Organized and disciplined – You manage a large volume of accounts and prospects while maintaining a structured cadence and clean CRM records.

 

What qualifications do I need?

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience – inside sales, account management, or business development experience. Bonus points for wholesale / dealer experience.
  • Resilient prospector – comfortable with cold calling, outbound outreach, and turning leads into long-term customers.
  • Skilled account manager – experienced in managing and growing a book of existing business while hitting sales targets.
  • CRM power user – confident working in tools like Microsoft Dynamics (or similar) and using data to drive decisions and prioritize your day.
  • Exceptionally organized – strong time management and the ability to balance prospecting, account management, and admin without dropping the ball.
  • Strong communicator – clear, professional, and persuasive over the phone, on video, and in writing; confident speaking with owners and buyers.
  • Tech savvy – comfortable with MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Bilingual in English and French (required) – able to conduct full sales conversations and follow‑ups in both languages.

  • You will earn a competitive base salary starting at $60,000 - $65,000
