The Role
Lead, coach, and drive growth across one of the industry’s most important markets. We're looking for a dynamic District Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of sales representatives serving small and mid-market customers throughout the GTA and surrounding regions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time in the field coaching your team, supporting customer meetings, uncovering new opportunities, and accelerating market growth. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, cross-functional partners, and executive stakeholders to execute strategies that deliver results and elevate the customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals serving customers across the GTA and surrounding regions.
- Drive sales growth by supporting customer engagement, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market share.
- Spend time in the field coaching your team, strengthening customer relationships, and helping close key opportunities.
- Use data, insights, and CRM tools to guide decisions, improve performance, and drive results.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by partnering with marketing, customer care, and other business leaders.
- Achieve and exceed sales business plans by meeting and exceeding district revenue and growth targets through effective coaching, pipeline management, and in‑field execution.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and winning.

What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Professional maturity, coachability and a genuine receptiveness to constructive feedback
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading others in a sales environment.
- A proven track record of building relationships, growing business, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting platforms.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly throughout the GTA and surrounding regions.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

- You will earn a competitive base salary starting at $90,000 - $110,000
