About the Role
As our Warehouse Receiver, you’ll unload inbound trailers, receive product, and set the floor so associates can sort and put away products efficiently. This role is physical, fast-paced, and team-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload trailers and detail receipt of daily shipments
- Set the floor for associates and reorganize cartons from pallets
- Complete inventory putaway and maintain accuracy
- Enter P.O.s to create putaway labels and update basic data in systems
- Use RF scanner (where applicable)
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
- Able to lift and move products all day (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to drive or learn to drive PIT equipment (Existing experience an asset)
- Good communication and strong attention to accuracy/detail
- Basic computer skills; RF gun knowledge an asset
- Grade 12 diploma; previous receiving/warehouse experience preferred
- HFA exposure an asset
