About the Role
We’re looking for a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Support Associate who takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment they step out of the truck.
This role is a mix of on-the-road deliveries and warehouse support, giving you variety, independence, and the chance to be the friendly face our customers remember.
You’ll deliver office products and furniture across Calgary in a 3-ton truck, support day-to-day warehouse operations, and directly influence how customers feel about us.
What You’ll Do
Delivery 70% of the time
- Deliver office products and furniture safely and efficiently throughout Calgary with a positive attitude
- Complete all delivery paperwork accurately and on time
- Perform daily truck inspections always keeping safety a top priority
- Safely handle and deliver heavy or awkward items (like office chairs and filing cabinets)
- Use a handheld device to capture customer signatures and delivery confirmations
- Represent the company with professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional service
Warehouse 30% of the time
- Offload trailers and put product away
- Receive incoming goods
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces
- Participate in training and support general warehouse tasks as needed

- Dependable, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable navigating the streets of Calgary and motivated to work independently
What You Need
- Ideally 3–5 years in delivery, customer service, and/or warehouse roles
- Physically capable of lifting 50 – 100 lbs safely
- A reliable and responsible driver with a clean driver’s abstract and experience operating a 3-ton truck
- Familiar with warehouse tools and systems (PIT equipment, Roadnet, shipping systems, WMS, etc.)
