About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on B2B e-Commerce Manager to strengthen and elevate our digital platforms. This role blends strategy, ownership, and execution: you’ll assess current performance, design the roadmap to move us forward, and work closely with cross-functional partners to build and maintain an intuitive, high-performing customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategic direction of our Go-Bizzy and grandandtoy.com platforms.
- Assess the current state of both platforms, including prior year performance, customer journey, UX gaps, and technical limitations.
- Turn data into action by identifying performance gaps and partnering with IT, digital merchandising, and tech leads to prioritize and deliver enhancements that improve conversion and retention.
- Map the customer journey end-to-end and define what an intuitive and unique B2B e-commerce experience should look like.
- Execute improvements directly and work with internal/external partners for UX, site updates, and feature enhancements.
What You Bring
- Comprehensive e-commerce expertise with strong technical understanding and hands-on platform experience.
- Strategic thinking + practical execution. You can build a roadmap and roll up your sleeves to make progress quickly.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to assess where the experience falls short, and how to fix it.
- Excellent collaboration skills. You work well with co-workers and stakeholders from IT, merchandising, UX, and marketing.
- Sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
It’s not required, but great if you have:
- Experience with B2B e-commerce environments.
- Exposure to UX best practices or agency collaboration.
- Digital marketing knowledge (handled elsewhere internally, so this is a bonus only).

What We’re Offering
- A competitive salary based on experience, with a hiring range of $107,500 to $118,500, and growth potential within the full pay range for this position of $88,200 to $138,200 per year.
