Are you ready to drive growth, forge new relationships, and make a real impact? As a Client Service Advisor at Grand & Toy, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales strategy, winning new business and deepening connections with our valued clients.
Where You’ll Work
We are a hybrid organization and will require you to work from our Vaughan office 3 days per week. The other 2 days, you can work from your home office.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Senior Sales Leadership: Work side-by-side with a dynamic Senior Sales Leader, forming a high-impact duo within a supportive team environment.
- Manage & Grow Enterprise Accounts: Take ownership of top-tier enterprise clients, maintaining strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Engage with Key Decision-Makers: Interact directly with C-level executives and leaders within our major Enterprise accounts, building your network and influencing high-level outcomes.
- Balance Sales & Account Maintenance: Combine the excitement of hunting for new business with the responsibility of managing existing accounts, including administrative support and essential tasks.
- Bring High Energy Every Day: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where your enthusiasm, responsiveness, and attention to detail make a real difference.

- Direct & Responsive: You’re quick to respond, highly organized, and set high standards for yourself and those around you.
What You’ll Need
- Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Sales, Marketing or Business
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inside sales or field sales, account management or business development using digital tools, social selling, and marketing resources.
- Understanding of corporate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, MD&A, cashflow statements)
- Ability to quantify ROI
- Ability to research effectively using external tools
- Effective time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, in person or over the phone
- Social media engagement skills and digital presence
- Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Microsoft Dynamics (or similar CRM)
- Self-directed and results oriented
- Experienced and comfortable in engaging with C-level executives
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset

- You will earn a competitive base salary starting at $58,000 - $63,000
